Ting Fang is a Town Meeting Member for Precinct 5 in Lexington and a member of the Lexington Tourism Committee. She serves as the Executive Director and Founding Board Member of the New Legacy Cultural Center (NLCC) and is a Founding Board Member of the New England Chinese American Alliance (NECAA), where she also chairs the Events Committee. Ting is the Event Chair of the 1st and 3rd annual Lexington Lantern Festivals, promoting cultural connection and community celebration.

She has hands-on production experience at LexMedia, where she not only supports the filming and editing of community programs and cultural events, but also organizes and coordinates volunteers to assist with filming. Ting is a licensed acupuncturist in New York State and holds graduate degrees in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Finance, and Computer Science. With a professional background in software development and management at a leading financial institution, she brings a unique blend of cultural, technical, and civic leadership to her work in the community.
